Abstract: In recent years, the acceleration of urbanization and the transformation of people's lifestyles have expanded the temporal and spatial scope of tourism activities, making the traditional daytime sightseeing mode difficult to meet the increasingly diverse tourism demands of tourists. Furthermore, traditional reading and induction methods tend to have limitations, subjectivity and one-sidedness when dealing with complex literature. The scientific knowledge map is an emerging means in scientometrics. As a visual image, it can reveal the development process and internal structure of the research field intuitively and comprehensively with the help of CiteSpace software. Therefore, this paper uses the CiteSpace software to sort out the relevant literature on domestic night tourism from 2015 to 2025, and presents the current research status and internal connections in this field through a visual knowledge map, providing references for theoretical research and practical implementation. The results show that: (1) Night tourism research has undergone a significant change from initial exploration to rapid growth between 2015 and 2025. (2) The cooperation map for published papers shows that the author group for night tourism research has been initially established, but the cooperation model is still relatively loose. The frequency of cooperation and exchanges among the issuing institutions is relatively low, and the depth of cooperation is also rather limited. (3) The knowledge map indicates that domestic night tourism research presents a multi-dimensional and interwoven system, with its core hotspots focusing on the integration of night economy and culture and tourism. Specifically, nine closely related research topics have been formed, mainly distributed in three dimensions: economic impact, integration of culture and tourism, and countermeasures. The temporal context shows the characteristics of phased evolution. Abstract: As a key vehicle for the supply-side reform of healthcare services, humanistic care management in hospitals carries the dual mission of enhancing policy effectiveness and transforming healthcare management paradigms through innovative exploration. This study adopts Co-design as its theoretical framework to systematically deconstruct its adaptation mechanisms and practical pathways in hospital management. The study first reviewed the theoretical connotations of Co-design and introduced the core contents and methodological characteristics of two representative models, namely the Double Diamond Model and Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD). On this basis, a literature review was conducted to summarize the application progress of Co-design in humanistic care management. The findings indicated that the application of Co-design in humanistic care management has mainly focused on optimizing inpatient experiences, innovating humanized nursing services, improving rehabilitation quality, and enhancing patient-centred service management. Through dynamic thinking adaptation, stage-weight reconfiguration, and tool innovation, Co-design has improved service processes and communication experiences, enhanced patient engagement, and increased patient satisfaction. However, its localized application faces dual challenges: the "high-compliance, low-criticality" participation pattern under collectivist culture may lead to the neglect of critical needs, while bureaucratic structures in public hospitals may create friction with the flat collaboration required by Co-design. Therefore, this study proposes the introduction of structured facilitation tools incorporating mechanisms to activate less vocal participants and the development of a policy-aligned Co-design maturity evaluation framework. Abstract: Against the backdrop of the country's continuous promotion of the cultural and tourism integration strategy, city image communication has become a critical lever for resource‑based cities to break through inherent cognitive bottlenecks and achieve transformational development. Taiyuan, as a typical provincial capital of a resource‑based province, has long faced challenges such as the stereotype of "Coal Capital", limited exposure of its historical and cultural resources, and a weak communication presence. This paper takes Taiyuan's city image communication practices in the context of cultural and tourism integration as its research subject, and employs text analysis and case study methods to systematically examine its communication strategies, implementation effectiveness, and underlying problems. The findings indicate that although Taiyuan's city image communication has yielded certain results, it still suffers from prominent issues including a disconnect between co‑branded IPs and the cultivation of local IPs, a fracture in content synergy between official and civilian discourse, and a decline in daily online traffic. Abstract: Transcreation, as a cross‑cultural communication paradigm that integrates translation with creative reconstruction, has in recent years been regarded as a core competency distinguishing human translators from machine translation. In 2015, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) included it in the list of value‑added language services, marking its upgrade from sporadic creative practices to a standardized industry service type. This paper aims to systematically review the historical evolution and core connotations of transcreation theory, and to explore its methodological implications for subtitle translation of educational videos. The study begins with conceptual tracing, examining the etymological evolution of the term chuangyi (“transcreation”) in both Chinese and Western cultural contexts. It then divides the development of transcreation theory into four stages: the ancient period of spontaneous practice, the modern period of theoretical germination, the period of globalization and institutionalization, and the current period of localization and diversified expansion. On this basis, the paper elaborates on the multiple connotations of transcreation from four dimensions—textual aesthetics, practical functionality, cross‑cultural communication, and terminological standardization—and distills six core characteristics: translator subjectivity, cultural adaptability, goal‑orientation, methodological diversity, interdisciplinarity, and modality of expression. The study further outlines a five‑step implementation logic of transcreation, which is “goal‑oriented and audience‑centered”: in‑depth interpretation of the source text, target audience analysis, strategy formulation, multidimensional reconstruction, and effect evaluation.
