Abstract: As China's aging population gradually rises, the health issues of the elderly have attracted public attention. Improving health equity for the rural elderly is of great practical significance for implementing the Healthy China Strategy. The study leverages data obtained from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) in 2020 to integrate both the health level and the utilization of healthcare services into the research framework of health equity. Subsequently, this paper uses structural equation modeling to explore which factors affect the participation in rural medical insurance, whether rural medical insurance has a positive impact on the health equity of rural elderly people, and how rural medical insurance works through a path diagram. The result shows that rural medical insurance has a positive impact on the health equity of the elderly in terms of health level and medical and health service utilization level. However, factors such as age, living with partner, education level and income remain important, which affect the participation of rural medical insurance and thus health equity. Abstract: Under the regional economic cooperation framework, China-Malaysia education and research cooperation has shifted from cultural exchanges to serving trade security. This paper constructs an analytical framework of "cooperation-risk-mechanism-optimization", and empirically tests the empowerment effect based on 2013-2025 panel data. Results show that each unit increase in cooperation level significantly improves trade security index by 0.241 units. Cooperation enhances trade security through talent supply, technological innovation, standard mutual recognition, and trust-based transaction cost reduction, with the first two channels contributing 58.5%. Data security risk exerts the strongest inhibitory effect. Abstract: In recent years, population aging has gradually evolved from a regional phenomenon into a global structural change issue, and the social and economic impacts it has triggered are receiving increasing widespread attention. Along with this process, "silver economy" as an emerging industry form responding to the multi-level needs of the elderly population, has gradually entered the core focus of policymakers and market participants. Adaptive products and services for the elderly have been continuously expanding. At the same time, artificial intelligence technology is accelerating its penetration into fields related to the silver economy such as healthcare, care, and entertainment. The deep integration of these two fields not only gives rise to diverse intelligent elderly care solutions but also promotes the structural reshaping of the traditional elderly care industry at a deeper level. In this context, this article focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and the silver economy, systematically reviews its development history and current progress, and introduces typical practical cases. It then delves into the architecture logic and feasibility of the full-scenario intelligent elderly care empowerment system. Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous growth of people's spiritual and cultural needs and the strong national promotion of the night-time economy, night tourism has become an important driver of the high-quality development of China's culture and tourism industries. Cultural integration, in particular, is a key force in improving the quality of night tourism products. As a representative project of Chengdu's night-time economy and a demonstration case of the integrated development of culture, commerce, tourism, and sports, the Jinjiang River Night Tour is of significant research value for exploring pathways toward the high-quality development of urban night tourism. Taking the Jinjiang River in Chengdu as the research object, this paper examines the Jinjiang River Night Tour, a tourism project developed along the river. Through literature review and data collection, it systematically reviews the research progress and practical experience of night tourism in China and abroad. On this basis, the paper analyzes the project's current development status and practical advantages from four perspectives: favorable geographical location and transport accessibility, abundant tourism resources, a distinctive cultural atmosphere characterized by leisure and catering, and multi-level policy support. It also identifies several prominent problems, including limited product diversity, inadequate supporting infrastructure, and insufficient cultural depth in related business formats. Abstract: With the continuous implementation of the national strategy of “Expanding Ice and Snow Sports to the South, West and East”, ice and snow tourism is no longer limited to northern China. More and more southern cities have started to layout relevant industries, and exploring suitable local development paths has become a key research hotspot in the cultural tourism industry. As an important central city in central China, Wuhan has unique basic conditions for the development of ice and snow tourism industry. Taking Wuhan’s ice and snow tourism industry as the research object, this paper sorts out the current development status of the local industry and analyzes its various influencing factors, so as to summarize targeted development strategies applicable to southern cities and provide references for similar domestic cities. Adopting the literature review method, field investigation method and SWOT analysis method, this study conducts a comprehensive analysis from the four dimensions of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The research results show that Wuhan’s ice and snow tourism industry enjoys favorable development foundations benefited from its superior geographical location, complete transportation network, rich cultural tourism resources, supportive local policies, growing public enthusiasm for ice and snow consumption, and in-depth integrated application of digital technologies. However, the further development of the industry is restricted by insufficient natural ice and snow resources, weak local ice and snow cultural atmosphere, high costs of artificial snowmaking and venue maintenance, and intense market competition from a large number of similar projects inside and outside Hubei Province. Based on the SWOT analysis results, this paper formulates four types of development strategies including SO, WO, ST and WT strategies, and puts forward specific countermeasures in terms of building characteristic cultural tourism IPs, reducing operating costs through technological empowerment, cultivating local ice and snow culture, implementing differentiated operation of venues, and optimizing cost management.
